Job Description
Insight Global is supporting a behavioral health client in the recruitment and hiring of a Program Coordinator. This is a temporary role over the next 5 months and will be supporting daily administrative and operational functions for a 3‑day‑per‑week outpatient clinic, ensuring efficient clinic flow, patient access to care, and compliance with Medi‑Cal and county requirements.
This role monitors key clinic metrics such as Average Daily Visits (ADV) and patient no‑show rates, completing timely follow‑up to support continuity of care. The Program Coordinator also ensures the daily schedule is fully booked in accordance with company scheduling standards. Strong customer service skills and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative activities
- Monitor clinic performance metrics (ADV, attendance, no‑shows)
- Follow up with patients to support attendance and continuity of care
- Ensure daily schedules are booked and maintained per company guidelines
- Provide professional, customer‑focused support to patients and staff
- Maintain compliance with Medi‑Cal and county requirements
Schedule:
- Onsite, part‑time, 24-hours per week
- Tuesday–Thursday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- 5-month contract
Compensation and Benefits:
- This position will pay between $26-30/hr, dependent on qualifications and related background.
- Candidate will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits throughout the duration of the contract.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years healthcare or clinic operations experience
- Proven experience tracking clinic metrics, managing follow-ups, and supporting operations leadership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
