(https://hr.uw.edu/benefits/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2018/02/benefits-classified-staff-20210208.pdf) The **UW MEDICAL CENTER CAMPUS HEALTH CLINC** has an outstanding opportunity for a **FULL-TIME DAYS, PROGRAM COORDINATOR** . **WORK SCHEDULE** + Monday- Friday (100% FTE) + 800am 500pm **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** + Conveniently located near public transportation + Opportunity to grow professionally while supporting a lifesaving, mission-driven program **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Operational liaison for the Employee Health and Infection Control Department regarding financial, human resources and operational program requirements + Organizes and applies resources to maintain effectiveness of occupational health programs + Manages office operations of the employee health center, including facilities requests, key inventory, staff orientation, + Maintains current information on employee health intranet page + Orders supplies needed by employee health and infection control staff + Coordinates daily operations of the Employee Health Clinic including front desk operations, utilization of employee database, employee and departmental requests for information, supervises subordinate staff and volunteers + Performs data entry and generating employee, faculty and resident TB, respiratory protection and influenza compliance reports. Maintains critical accuracy of report by regularly checking other employee health shared sourcesMonitors employee health budget. Receives and tracks purchased services documents. Researches and resolves errors in employee charges by working with revenue specialists + Provides administrative support to employee health independent practitioner staff for creating employee records, looking up and filing record results + Maintains employee health record and archives according to requirements + Registers employee patients in EPIC system + Maintains employee health record and archives according to requirements + Maintains accurate filing system, archives routinely to save space + Organizes a user-friendly record system for all staff to use + Arranges complex, off-site vaccination ad fit testing clinics, including room reservations, needed supplies, documentation and communications to department contacts + Provides administrative support to the Infection Control department as needed including training and support of the Infection Control Program assistant **QUALIFICATIONS** High school graduation or equivalent AND at least one (1) year of experience in regulatory, quality, or healthcare program coordinationOREquivalent education/experience **ABOUT UW MEDICINE – WHERE YOUR IMPACT GOES FURTHER** UW Medicine is Washington’s only health system that includes a top-rated medical school and an internationally recognized research center.
