Description of Job Pay for position: HOURLY $28.30 - $40.02 BIWEEKLY $2,264.31 - $3,201.78 MONTHLY $4,906.00 - $6,937.20 Manages all onboarding and offboarding tasks, coordinates ongoing staffing needs, and ensures effective stakeholder communication. This position is in charge of setting up systems and building access, coordinating with the training team, managing equipment and assets as needed, and coordinating with SOS during onboarding and offboarding. The position oversees equipment returns, revoking network systems, and building access from departing employees. The Staffing Coordinator is the liaison with CDLE HR Partners and UI hiring managers, providing hiring status and effectively facilitating hiring meetings with managers, supervisors, and HR liaisons. Additionally, the Staffing Coordinator coordinates with OIT, submits tickets based on staff access needs, updates systems, transfers Gmail accounts, and manages the ID manager. The role involves facilitating interviews as needed, overseeing all HR and finance coding requirements, including EDSYS requirements, sending out offer letters, alerting HR to initiate background checks, initiating compensation analysis, and completing reference checks for the entire UI division. In addition, the position assists coordinating retirement and recognition requirements 2-4 times a year as needed and facilitates pay differentials, internal transfers, promotions, and other ongoing staffing needs. As required, performs Kronos Timekeeper duties, assists with TLC responsibilities to post hours, leave, and approves properly, and manages office supply needs. The position also manages employee records and provides training to onboarding staffing coordinators if needed. Actively shares information with the division and helps to implement recommended changes to improve hiring practices.
