Program and Reporting Principal - Remote

**Overview**
The Program & Reporting Principal is accountable for integrated program execution, performance transparency, and leadership-ready insights across the Enterprise Efficiency & Effectiveness portfolio. This role ensures senior leaders have one trusted, consistent view of progress, risks, dependencies, and—most critically—value delivery.
This role elevates reporting from traditional status tracking to decision enabling insight, connecting execution, outcomes, and financial impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Own and maintain the master integrated plan across all E&E initiatives, workstreams, and enabling functions.
+ Ensure disciplined tracking of actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
+ Manage cross-initiative dependencies, sequencing, and critical path to protect delivery timelines and value realization.
+ Design and own the E&E reporting framework across all governance channels. Translate complex data into clear, concise, executive-ready insights. Anticipate leadership questions and proactively surface insights and recommendations.
+ Partner with Finance, Value Realization, and Business Owners to:
+ Track benefits against plan
+ Highlight risks to value realization or timing
+ Reconcile operational progress with financial outcomes
+ Work with lever enablers such as procurement, data/analytics, HR and GSO office for their execution of initiatives
+ Integrate Execution (SWAT) Team and Lever owners (such as Procurement, HR and Data and Analytics) with governance routines. Ensure teams have resources and sponsorship for delivery.
**Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of experience in program management, transformation PMO, or enterprise delivery roles.
+ Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in large organizations.
+ Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to link execution metrics to value.
+ Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
+ Experience with enterprise reporting and planning tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Jira, Planview, or equivalent).
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,300 - 212,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
