**Description** SAIC is seeking a results-driven **Program** **Analyst** in **California, MD** . **Job Duties:** + Apply mathematical modeling, data science techniques, and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. + Develop appropriate methodologies, frameworks, and approaches to address Division objectives and drive the organization toward results. + Reinforce the organization's strategic information sharing objectives, and achieve an environment supporting net-centricity, data sharing, and collaboration. + This position will be located in the Patuxent River, MD general region. **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelors and zero (0) years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree. **Required Security Clearance:** + Must have an Active Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required). **Required Skills:** + Detailed experience applying data science techniques for decision support is required. + Experience collecting, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting data to support acquisition strategies is required. + Experience working in a dynamic team environment is required. + Experience with Navy acquisition and resource planning is desired. Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
