About us
MAX Health partners with organisations to deliver a range of innovative workplace medical services such as medical assessments, early intervention programs and medical advisory services.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Customer Service Officer to join our service delivery team. In this role you will be working in a fast paced, professional environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
This role is based in our head office in Southbank VIC.
About the role
Work in a supportive and productive team in a unique customer service roleCoordinating appointments with our national network of medical and allied healthcare providersManaging a portfolio of cases including monitoring outcomesManaging enquiries and resolving issues from employees, clients and healthcare practices about any administrative issuesContact Centre Experience preferred but not essential
About you
Have a genuine interest in people and be able to listen actively and build rapportYou are a natural at customer service with both internal and external customersSelf-motivated, Adaptable and FlexibleA team player who can also work autonomouslyHold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
