The Work You’ll Do

As a Manager, you will work with industry leaders to strengthen your analytical and industry skills while developing and implementing innovative solutions that help clients address complex profitability and financial analytics challenges.

Client Engagement: Lead client engagements to solve complex business challenges.

Data Analysis: Manage and analyze structured/unstructured data and visualize insights for decision support.

PaPM: Drive SAP PaPM and analytics to deliver strategic business insights.

Profitability and Costing: Lead the design and implementation of profitability and costing methodologies.

Development and Deployment: Steer the development and deployment of technology-driven solutions.

The Team

Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes.

Our Business Finance offering helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our clients deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Our Profitability, Costing, and Allocations team partners with clients to optimize financial processes. We deliver actionable insights and technology-driven solutions that enhance transparency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

Required

Career Experience: 6+ years’ experience in profitability reporting, costing, and allocations.

Data Analytics: 4+ years’ experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data sets from multiple sources.

Modeling: 4+ years’ experience in building cost/profitability models and leveraging specialized solutions.

Technology: 4+ years' experience working in the SAP S4 HANA and/or Oracle space.

Education: STEM based bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients / industry sectors you serve.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

Analytical Tools, Applications, and Programming Languages: 2+ years’ experience using a variety of analytics tools and programming languages e.g., Microsoft SQL Server; CostPerform, SAP, Oracle EPCM, Anaplan; Hadoop, Hive; Python, Mahout; SASS, Tableau, Power BI

Sales Activities: 2 + years’ experience with pre-sales, proposals, and RFP activities.

Mentorship: 2+ years’ experience mentoring and coaching junior staff.

Education: STEM based master’s degree from an accredited university.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 -$265,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
