This role focuses on connecting employees with wellbeing initiatives through compelling campaigns, engaging content, and impactful events. Key responsibilities include developing training resources, coordinating global events, managing internal communications, and leveraging data to enhance impact. The ideal candidate is a collaborative project manager with experience in mental health literacy, wellbeing content creation, and global engagement. Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential, with Canva experience considered a plus. What you will do in this roleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.Reporting into the Global Wellbeing Program Manager, you will be a champion for the global wellbeing calendar, sharing the Concentrix wellbeing mission to achieve optimal employee impact. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our wellbeing engagement strategy. You will be responsible for connecting our wellbeing initiatives and programs with our game-changers, driving engagement through various communication channels, and creating educational resources, tools, and training content to support our game-changers. There are three key responsibilities for the Wellbeing Project Manager: Training Content and Resource Development Develop resources and tools aligned with the game-changer needs to educate them on various wellbeing topics. This includes guidebooks, toolkits, micro-learning videos, tipsheets, and CORE pages. Work closely with the L&D team to develop training content on a ongoing and needs basis based on the global wellbeing roadmap. Create content for events such as Masterclass Series, Townhalls, Leadership Compass, fireside chats and wellbeing engagement calendar events. Work with L&D team to manage translations for resources, tools and trainings. Utilize data and analytics (when available) to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing content and adjust strategies accordingly. Monthly reporting includes but not limited to training completions, clicks/downloads on CORE. Campaign & Content Planning Create and maintain effective communication strategies and campaigns to raise awareness of wellbeing programs. Work closely with the Engagement & Recognition team for wellbeing toolkits to ensure wellbeing initiatives are clearly and consistently conveyed to all employees. Work closely with internal communications to develop engaging and informative wellbeing content, including articles, videos, e-mails, messages to effectively communicate wellbeing initiatives to employees. Implement campaigns that promote participation in wellbeing activities and create a sense of community. Manage communication on Internal Wellbeing Community Teams Channels. Utilize data and analytics (when available) to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Monthly reporting includes but not limited to e-mail open rates, click/comments on team channels. Event Hosting & Coordination Coordination with the internal communication and Global Concentrix Academy for the planning, organizing and execution of global events program. Including events such as leadership masterclasses, fireside chats and awareness day events. Identifying speakers or facilitators internally and externally to deliver the events. Utilize data and analytics (when available) to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing events and adjust strategies accordingly. Monthly reporting includes but not limited to event attendance, ratings, and feedback.
