Job Title: Professional Engineer

Job Description

Looking for someone with a strong amount of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our team as the Director of Engineering. This individual will lead and manage a small team of engineers, oversee all engineering operations, and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within architectural projects.

Responsibilities

Direct and mentor a team of engineers and designers.Establish and maintain engineering standards, workflows, and quality control processes.Collaborate closely with architects and project managers to ensure project success.Provide technical oversight for MEP design across multiple projects.Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.Lead engineering efforts from concept through construction administration.Coordinate with external consultants and contractors.Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for engineering tasks.

Essential Skills

PE License or hours completed and pursuing PE.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Experience in MEP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing experience preferred but not required.

As the Director of Engineering, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your team directly. The role offers quarterly bonuses based on project completion timelines and budgets, as well as a path towards ownership within the company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Quarterly Bonuses based off company performance, growth opportunity, medical and dental.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Cincinnati,OH.
