Job Description

The BI Analyst supports the Travel Perk team by providing data-driven insights, creating reports, and analyzing their performance. This role leverages business intelligence tools to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and enhance decision-making processes within the operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from various sources.Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo, Excel).Assist in tracking agents’ performance against targets and KPIs.Provide data-driven insights to support business strategies and decisions.Collaborate with all internal teams such as QA, Training, WFM, etc. to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Perform data analysis to identify business opportunities.Identify process improvements related to data collection and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in BPO analysis, business intelligence, or a related area.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, or other BI tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of SQL is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, English and Spanish.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM tools such as Looker.Understanding of BPO processes and metrics.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
