Job Title: Production Worker - Start ASAP

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be responsible for efficiently loading small parts onto a broach, operating the machine, and placing finished parts in designated bins. This role involves quick cycle times of 5-20 seconds per part and requires repetitive and fast-paced work. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and complete small production forms is necessary. You will be standing for an entire 8-hour shift while meeting production targets.

ResponsibilitiesLoad small parts onto a broach, operate the machine, and place finished parts in designated bins.Handle parts with varying cycle times of 5-20 seconds per piece.Lift and relocate bins weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.Fill out daily production forms accurately.Stand on your feet for the entire 8-hour shift while achieving production numbers.Essential SkillsGeneral labor and inspection experience.At least 6 months of tenure at each previous job.Ability to stand for 8 hours.Comfortable with repetitive and fast-paced work.Experience in manufacturing.Why Work Here?

The work schedule includes one 30-minute lunch break after the first four hours of your shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
