Job duties may include:

-Dumping beverage products
-Sorting product
-Stacking
-Quality control
-Sanitation

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Ability to lift to work in non-climate controlled environment
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and twist
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including over time as needed
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 20lbs

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus


Spherion Staffing in Lakeland Florida has partnered with a local manufacturing company who is looking for a warehouse operator on their 2nd shift.

Job Highlights:
2nd Shift Schedule
Monday-Friday with overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
-Inventory counts
-Container receiving, breaking down pallets, product sorting on pallets, scanning of products
-Order selecting
-Use of Equipment ? Forklift, Cherry Picker, and Turret
-Consolidating products
-Follow Safety Policies (report accidents/incidents immediately)
-Follow company policies
-Maintain consistent pace and accuracy

Working hours: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Skills:
-Heavy Lifting - individual lifting up to 50lbs, team lifting over 50lbs
-Prior Warehouse experience

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma/GED
-Forklift Experience
-Inventory Experience
