Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Join our production area where you can be involved in diverse tasks ranging from Stain Tech and Flat Line to Custom Paint, Receiving, and Door Assembly. Your role will be integral to our production process, contributing to high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently in the production area.Engage in painting, veneering, and finishing tasks with attention to detail.Assist in packaging and assembly of products.Lift and handle materials as required, maintaining safety standards.Contribute to a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Skills

Experience with tools, painting, and veneering.Ability to perform tasks related to packaging, finishing, and coating.Experience in assembly and general labor tasks.Capability to lift materials and handle physical tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must have at least 6 months of consistent work history in any industry.Ability to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.

Work Environment

The work environment is not climate controlled, which means it can be quite hot and humid during the summer. The workspace may also be dusty due to wood dust, and there may be strong odors from paint and veneering fumes. You will be part of a team ranging from 20-35 people per shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA CROSSE, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
