Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do** + Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs (assisted) + Stand, walk, and balance constantly for 12 hours per day + Crouch and bend frequently while performing tasks + Operate forklifts and powered/non-powered hand tools safely + Maintain personal safety in a busy industrial environment while adhering to safety protocols **3. Required Skills & Qualifications** **Must-Have** + Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel oral drug screen + Must be at least 18 years of age + Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day, swing, or night) and overtime as needed + Use of PPE as per assigned job tasks **Nice-to-Have** + Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings + Forklift certification + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness **4.
