**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join a dynamic injection mold service company specializing in the manufacturing of diverse plastic products, ranging from medical device pill bottles and blood sample containers to water filters. As a production worker, you will be required to adapt to various roles and operate different machines or production stations. **Responsibilities** + Sort products efficiently and accurately. + Label and package items with precision. + Assemble components using basic tools. + Handle small pieces and components delicately. + Operate machines by following established protocols. + Perform tasks in both sitting and standing positions as needed. + Participate in cleanroom rotations, maintaining strict hygiene standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, and general production. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. + Capacity to sit for extended periods. + Willingness to assist on different shifts. + Comfortable wearing full PPE and adhering to cleanroom requirements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good communication skills. + Ability to read and interpret work orders. + Safety-oriented mindset. + Capability to lift up to 15KG when necessary. **Why Work Here?** Experience a strong company culture where employees feel valued and involved. Work a Monday to Friday schedule from 11:50 PM to 7:30 AM, with training on a 7:25 PM to 3:55 PM shift for over two weeks. Enjoy paid 40-hour weeks despite shorter working hours, with breaks of 10x30x10 minutes.
