Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.\n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\n\n
Performed all assigned manual labor safely and efficiently\n\n\n
Maintained a clean, organized, and safe work area\n\n\n
Read and accurately used a tape measure\n\n\n
Read and interpreted blueprints and work orders\n\n\n
Communicated effectively with coworkers and supervisors\n\n\n
Operated hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools\n\n\n
Painted floors; performed caulking and surface preparation on dormers, porches, and trim\n\n\n
Cleaned windows and prepared exterior surfaces for finishing\n\n\n
Cut all angles for front and rear elevations, dormers, and porches\n\n\n
Installed Hardie panel and lap siding, OSB underlayment, plastic wrap, and porch rubber\n\n\n
Hung siding materials and installed eyebrows and porch components\n\n\n
Installed fascia, soffit, corners, dormer fronts, and board-and-batten siding\n\n\n
Applied first coats of paint to exterior finishes\n\n\n
Cut and installed window trim; painted fascia, soffit, and trim\n\n\n
Built and installed shutters; prepared frames and materials for bay point assemblies (J289)\n\n\n
Installed exterior doors and sliding glass doors with grilles\n\n\n
Installed window screens and performed window testing\n\n\n
Installed and painted porch rails and porch columns (J277)\n\n\n
Loaded and shipped loose materials; installed required tags\n\n\n
Assisted with painting and porch rail installation as needed\n\n\n
Prepared units for Trio inspections and resolved items from Trio Gig and manager walk-throughs\n\n\n

Qualifications \n\nLess than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrevious experience in manufacturing\/modular housing desired.\n\n
