Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join a dynamic manufacturing environment as a General Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in producing quality electronic equipment. You will work as part of a team, flexibly switching between tasks to ensure proficiency in various functional areas.

ResponsibilitiesFabricate or assemble electronic equipment according to written work instructions.Rotate between multiple work areas daily based on established patterns.Deliver materials to point of consumption in response to Kanban signals.Accurately perform inventory transactions.Actively participate in Tier 1 daily management system (DMS) meetings.Contribute to continuous improvement projects.Maintain a well-organized and clean work area.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Essential SkillsAbility to read and interpret English.Competency in using computers.Familiarity with small parts.Assembler and production experience.Knowledge of PCB, soldering, wire, and cable assembly.Additional Skills & Qualifications0 – 1 years of related work experience.Training in Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.Familiarity with computers and Windows operating system.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.55/hr.
