Job Title: Production Worker (Annex)
Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as general production workers at our Annex facility for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves using hand tools and a tape measure to follow work instructions and assemble components for flooring and drop ceiling products. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 30-35 lbs independently multiple times per shift. There is an opportunity for training on machinery once hired, with specific experience in table saw operations beneficial.

ResponsibilitiesLearn and gain working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Ceiling Grid department.Position parts and monitor operations on equipment to produce products at established production standards.Inspect panels or parts to ensure specifications meet quality standards, maintaining production standards.Notify appropriate personnel of any issues related to quality or production.Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately.Use banding equipment and hand-jacks to ensure proper movement or storage of products or materials.Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures.Adhere to all policies, procedures, and work instructions including Employee Handbook, SOPs, MOPs, JSAs, and Safety Manual.Maintain awareness of individual contributions to quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies.Report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand tools and tape measure.Experience with table saw operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with power tools.Machine operation experience is a plus.Familiarity with micrometers and calipers is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The Annex facility is a clean and modern environment, although it can be loud at times. The team consists of approximately 15 employees working on the floor at any given time, focusing on containment door assemblies. The 1st shift operates from 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM with overtime opportunities, while the 2nd shift runs from 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM, also with potential overtime. Employees are required to wear long pants, steel toe shoes with metatarsal protection, and shirts with sleeves of at least short sleeve length.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Lion, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.35/hr.
