It is well-lit and maintained, making it one of the cleanest machine shops in Northwest Indiana. While certain areas can be loud, the overall environment is pleasant and supportive. The dress code includes uniforms, metatarsals, ear plugs, hard hats, and safety glasses, with steel toes provided by the company.
