Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Worker, pay can increase to $23/hr

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as production workers. In this floater role, you will be responsible for loading materials onto the line, performing visual quality inspections, cutting tiles to size, and stacking or palletizing finished tiles. These tasks involve handling tiles that typically weigh around 2 pounds, although some tiles with applications can be heavier. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently is required, with team lifts for anything above that weight.

Responsibilities

Load materials onto the production line.Perform visual quality inspections on products.Cut tiles to specified sizes.Stack and palletize finished tiles.Lift up to 50 pounds independently and participate in team lifts for heavier items.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 year experience in machine operation or production line work.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Familiarity with assembly and production processes.Experience with machine operation, finishing, cutting, and use of hand and power tools.Experience in material handling and forklift operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with visual quality inspection.Packing and palletizing experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean but not climate controlled, so it may be warm during the summer months. You will be working with fiberglass, which may cause sensitivity in some individuals. We provide personal protective equipment, including gloves, earplugs, and safety glasses, as well as protective gear to cover arms and neck to prevent fiberglass irritation. Shift hours are as follows: 3rd Shift - 9pm to 7am, Monday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
