**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Responsibilities** + Operate at various manufacturing stations throughout the battery line. + Conduct quality checks on parts. + Pack and prepare parts for shipment. + Assemble and sub-assemble battery packs. + Maintain cleanliness of your work cell and the facility overall. **Essential Skills** + Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus throughout the entire shift. + Capability to learn and work at multiple stations during the manufacturing process. + Physical ability to stand and stay active for shifts lasting 8-12 hours. + Flexibility to perform tasks such as breaking down boxes, moving materials, and helping load the line. + Engagement throughout the shift. + High school diploma or GED. + Quick adaptation to tasks and goals. + Commitment to keeping cell phones in lockers during shifts. + Physical ability to lift or move 15-20 pounds. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Pontiac, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
