Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by feeding precut corrugated sheets into machines. These machines print, score, perforate, and slot the sheets for forming into boxes, displays, or other items. You will assist operators with machinery and may eventually work in the finishing area or flexo printing area.

Responsibilities

Feed precut corrugated sheets into machines.Lift, pack, and stack materials as needed.Assist operators with machinery operations.Adjust scoring, perforating, and slotting disks or knives using tools.Operate an EFI Machine for printing onto boxes.

Essential Skills

Experience in production, general labor, and assembly.Proficiency in forklift operation.Ability to perform machine operations and inspections.Capability to handle packing and packaging tasks.Strong troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Good mechanical aptitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly, up to 360 times an hour.

Work Environment

Work in a loud, non-temperature controlled environment that is fast-paced and can be hectic. Shifts available include 1st shift from 7am-3pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm-7am with potential overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeton, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
