Production Worker
**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** The production worker will handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role requires operating equipment in a controlled environment, such as a clean room, to mix, batch, or divide bulk products into smaller units. Adjustments to equipment based on batch sizes, temperatures, and run times are necessary. The worker will follow specific SOPs and work instructions to perform their duties, complete routine equipment maintenance, and maintain accurate records of operating data, test results, and inventory. **Responsibilities** + Operate equipment within a controlled environment. + Mix, batch, or package chemical materials. + Adjust equipment settings based on batch requirements. + Follow SOPs and work instructions meticulously. + Complete routine maintenance on production equipment. + Record operating data, test results, and inspection reports. + Handle shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain inventory sheets. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in manufacturing within a production environment. + 1+ year of experience in a GMP environment. + Experience working from work orders for at least 1 year. + Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 75 lbs. + Proficient computer skills for typing, emailing, and using shipping software. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of experience in a medical, chemical, or food environment involving mixing or weighing products. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy long-term career growth, with an average tenure of over 10 years, and opportunities to advance into leadership or office roles. It is a smaller area within the building, but it is comfortable and well-lit. The work schedule is 1st shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
