About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Industrial Blasters to operate abrasive blasting equipment and prepare surfaces for high-quality finishes. This is a critical role in our production process, ensuring parts meet cleanliness and finish standards for painting, coating, and other manufacturing steps.
Shift Details:Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMNight Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMSchedule: Rotating 12-hour shiftsKey Responsibilities:Operate blasting equipment to remove rust, paint, and contaminants.Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or further processing.Set up and adjust blasting machines for optimal performance.Inspect surfaces for quality and report inconsistencies.Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean.Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.Qualifications:Experience in industrial blasting or similar manufacturing roles.Knowledge of blasting techniques and equipment operation.Ability to read technical specifications and work instructions.High school diploma or equivalent required.Familiarity with industrial painting, sanding, and prep work is a plus.Why Join Us?Competitive pay and benefits.Opportunities for skill development and career growth.A team-oriented environment that values safety and quality.Apply today and take the next step in your career with us!Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
