Production Worker
**Job Title: Production Worker** Job Description Join our team as a Production Worker, where your primary responsibility will be quality control and packing. You will be tasked with lifting cases weighing up to 35 pounds, stacking them on pallets, and ensuring that all packaging and labeling is complete and accurate. This role requires recording production levels, removing completed orders, and ensuring the workspace is clean and organized. Communication with the following shift is crucial for seamless operations. Responsibilities + Perform QC packing and lift up to 35-pound cases overhead, stacking them on pallets. + Ensure all packaging and labeling is complete and accurate. + Record all production levels on work orders and lining charts. + Remove completed production orders from the floor and transport them to the finished production area. + Place the work order with the completed work orders. + Remove all unused caps and lining materials and clean up the area. + Communicate all required information to the following shift. + Complete all assigned special projects. Essential Skills + Experience as a Machine Operator in plastics, production, manufacturing, or similar settings. + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively. + Aptitude for correcting mechanical problems. + Capability to organize and follow written and verbal instructions in English. + Required tools to set up and maintain the lining machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with injection mold, extrusion, and machine operation. + Quality assurance and packaging knowledge. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
