Follows the work instructions to operate all machines and testing equipment to build and assemble quality pumps for the customer.\n•\tLearn how to gauge products as required.\n•\tMove material and parts within the cell work area and replenish stock.\n•\tMaintain production, quality and equipment documentation as required.\n•\tUnderstand quality alerts and reporting issues to team lead.\n•\tRepair defective/rejected production parts daily. \n•\tAnalyze defects and help with corrective action programs.\n**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK**\n\n8 hour shift Schedule - \n1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM\n2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM\n3rd shift: 11:00PM - 7:30AM\n\n10 hour shift schedule -\n1st shift: 5:00AM - 3:30PM\n2nd shift: 3:00PM - 1:30AM

MUST HAVES - \n1). Manufacturing Background \n1a. Candidates must have a recent role in a production worker, operator, or assembler position for a total of 2 years.\n1b. Candidates must have good tenure at each position. \n\n2. Assembly Experience\n2a. Candidates must have assembly experience in manufacturing. \n\n3.). Ability to lift 40 lbs \n3a. Candidates must be able to physically lift the pump and place next to their station to be stacked for shipping.\n\nNice to Have - \nGauge experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
