Job Description
Join our team as a Production Worker where you will assist in various areas including trimming, mold operating, and assembly. This role involves using hand tools to trim excess plastic, operating rotational molding machines, and assembling plastic parts. Candidates must be comfortable with standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
Use hand tools and power drills to trim excess plastic and drill holes for assembly.Operate rotational molding machines, including filling with plastic pellets, running the machine, and unloading parts.Perform basic assembly of plastic parts using hand and power tools.Maintain a fast-paced workflow and adhere to safety protocols.Essential Skills

Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and can become hot during summer, though large industrial fans help to mitigate the heat. Noise levels can be high due to molding machines, so comfort with a loud environment is necessary. The dress code is casual and safety-focused.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Lake, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
