**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team where we fabricate and assemble conveyor systems for warehouses and airports. As part of our production team, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles such as Paint Shop Helper, Powder Coater, Assembly, Material Handler, and Shipping. Each role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and offers the potential for career advancement. **Responsibilities** + Assist painters by hanging parts on an automatic conveyor and preparing them for the paint room. + Mask and prep parts for painting and palletize them for shipment once completed. + Prepare and apply protective powder coatings to various surfaces and metals. + Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met, and maintain records. + Clean work areas and properly store and dispose of paint products while adhering to safety procedures. + Assemble conveyor parts and bolt miscellaneous parts together using torque wrenches. + Work off drawings and perform basic assembly of components, requiring mechanical knowledge. + Move parts and organize materials with strong blueprint skills and forklift experience. + Identify items off blueprints and gather from cutting equipment, requiring physical work. + Unload incoming raw materials, stock production lines, load finished products, and perform cycle counts. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production or manufacturing environments. + Mechanical inclination and experience with hand tools. + Familiarity with power tools and mechanical knowledge. + Strong blueprint reading skills and forklift experience. + Comfortable working in physically demanding roles. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in powder coating and residential painting. + General labor and production experience. + Ability to work in a repetitive job with opportunities for advancement. **Why Work Here?** Our company values providing opportunities for career growth and advancement within a supportive and collaborative environment.
