Our client, in Plastic Extrusion is seeking a Production Heiper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production team supporting the Machine Operators. The ideal candidate will have good communication skill, be a team player and works independently which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Production Helper** **Location: Greenville, Ohio** **Pay Range: $19hr** **What’s the Job?** + Segregate different types of plastic scrap materials. + Clean scrap to prevent contamination. + Use saws or other tools to cut scrap material as needed. + Operate grinding machines to reprocess scrap into reusable material + Assist the Machine Operator to ensure quality. **What’s Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Prior experience in manufacturing or extrusion preferred. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. + Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects **What’s in it for me.** + Weekly Pay + 2-2-3 work schedule 12 hours + Set schedule that promotes work life balance + Safe work environment + Opportunity for perm placement based on performance and attendance.
