This role involves working on a production line, ensuring efficient and quality-focused operations. ResponsibilitiesWork on the production line in the Bottling Department.Rotate through three main positions during a shift: Top Position, Middle Position, and Packer.Ensure the bottles are standing up properly using the Unscrambler.Align bottles correctly for labeling with the Orientor.Fill bottles with honey batch using the Filler.Place caps/lids on bottles using the Capper.Print manufacturing date on bottles with the Coder.Seal the bottles in the Heat Tunnel.Apply labels on bottles using the Labeler.Seal boxes for shipping with the Cartoner.Essential SkillsAttention to detail and ability to read and write English for documentation and visual inspections.Ability to stand for the entire shift.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Why Work Here?

The facility is Safe Quality Foods (SQF) certified, and employees are expected to adhere to stringent policies and procedures. Dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt (no buttons or hoodies), and no jewelry or food is allowed on the floor due to GMP requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
