Production Worker
**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and sanitation of machinery, assisting in various stages of the production process, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be expected to lift up to 50 lbs, assemble and move materials, and operate machinery to meet production targets. Your responsibilities will also include inputting and tracking data in the Production Reporting System and adhering to industry standards such as GMP, PPE, SOP, HACCP, and OSHA regulations. **Responsibilities** + Clean and sanitize machinery and plant equipment. + Assist machine operators in the production process. + Lift and move materials to facilitate production tasks. + Input and track production, safety, and quality data. + Load and unload products from the production line. + Inspect packaged finished goods and ingredients. + Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. + Report and address food safety and quality issues. + Evaluate hazards and implement safety measures. + Operate equipment controls, flour system, and blender recipe system. + Perform all other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents. + Proficiency in basic math calculations. + Machine operation experience. + Forklift operation skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Good understanding of plant quality requirements. + Strong focus on safety and team mentality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good working knowledge of GMPs. + Good attendance and work history. + Ability to read work documents in English. + Reasoning ability to solve concrete problems. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your contributions are valued, and your growth is supported through competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
