**Position Summary:** We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **\#2 Coater** to join our 2nd shift production team. This role is part of a **four-person team** , including a lead, responsible for producing high-quality foam products using **urethane and medical laminates** . You will rotate across various stations on the coater line, ensuring product integrity and quality at every stage of the process. This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with a **$0.75/hour pay increase** following successful completion of a 6-month probation period. Location Granville, NY 2nd shift: 3:30pm to 12am Monday to Friday Pay: 16/hr Weekly Pay! **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate in various positions across the coater (front, middle, back) + Apply adhesives to paper or film substrates + Laminate materials and perform back stripping + Transfer adhesive and wind materials as needed + Inspect processed material for defects and unload finished products + Ensure each operation meets internal quality standards and supports the next step in the process **Requirements:** + **Steady work history is required** – candidates with frequent gaps or job-hopping will not be considered + Ability to work well in a **team-based manufacturing environment** + Strong attention to detail and quality control + Capable of working in a fast-paced setting and following standard operating procedures + Willingness to be trained in multiple roles on the production line **Education & Background Check:** + High school diploma or equivalent **must be verifiable and included in the background check** + Background check required as part of the hiring process + **Resume not required** ; however, a **summary of work history** is necessary for consideration **Additional Details:** + Temp-to-hire position + Eligible for a **$0.75/hour raise after 6 months** + Full-time schedule on 2nd shift + PPE and safety training provided If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
