**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be an integral part of our production line, assembling components to create high-quality doors for residential and architectural use. **Responsibilities** + Work alongside another builder on the assembly line. + Assemble components such as stiles and rails onto door skins to construct doors. + Handle repetitive lifting and package finished products. + Operate machines and hand tools efficiently. + Perform general labor and maintain a steady production flow. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of experience in general labor, construction, or production. + Proficiency in using tape measures and experience with saws, hand, and power tools. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Reliable transportation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machine operating experience. + Knowledge of equipment and basic troubleshooting skills. + Mechanically inclined. + Willingness to learn and a team player attitude. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for career advancement. The facility follows a casual dress code with long pants, long sleeve shirts, and safety gear provided. The position involves a morning shift from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with mandatory overtime every second Friday.
