**_Now Hiring 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Workers in South Gate, CA!_** **Job Summary** Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility! We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support our production operations. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow in the food manufacturing industry. **Key Responsibilities** + Open bulk cheese products and load them onto the production line. + Operate equipment to feed product into cookers. + Manually place product onto conveyor belts for processing. + Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean, organized work area. + Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols including Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Sanitation SOPs (SSOPs). + Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in interactions with team members, visitors, and vendors. + Maintain consistent and reliable attendance; must be available for any shift, overtime, and holiday coverage. + Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. **Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, general labor, packaging, food manufacturing, or machine operation is a plus. + Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours. + Strong work ethic and attention to detail. + Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
