Production Worker
**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join a dynamic production team where you will work in a large environment near plastic mold machines. This role involves unloading parts from the machine, inspecting, and deburring them, ensuring high-quality production standards. **Responsibilities** + Unload parts from plastic mold machines. + Inspect and deburr components to maintain quality standards. + Operate machines efficiently and safely. + Perform general labor tasks and assist in production assembly. + Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. **Essential Skills** + 6 months to 1 year of prior production or manufacturing experience. + Experience in deburring or as a shop helper is preferred. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and noisy environment. + Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members. The production area is fast-paced and noisy, filled with machines and people in a relatively smaller space. Candidates must be comfortable working in such conditions and capable of maintaining clear communication with colleagues. Graveyard Shift - Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm to 7:00am. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
