**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for the finishing process of various types of labels. You will work in a designated area, either sitting or standing, and perform meticulous inspections on labels after they are printed. This role requires checking for color errors, misalignment, and measurement inaccuracies. While the position can be repetitive, it offers the chance to learn new tasks, including operating small machines like a die-cut machine. Your dedication to learning will accelerate your integration into the team. **Responsibilities** + Inspect labels for color errors, misalignment, and measurement inaccuracies. + Weigh and package bundles of labels for shipment. + Operate small machines, such as a die-cut machine, after training. + Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during inspections. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of production experience in any environment. + Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift. + Semi-proficiency in using basic computer programs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with visual inspection of small parts is a plus. + Ability to properly use a ruler is advantageous. + Must be able to read, write, and speak English. + Strong work ethic and positive attitude. + Cannot be color blind due to the nature of the job. **Why Work Here?** Experience working in an extremely clean, quiet, and climate-controlled environment that prioritizes employee comfort. Employees work from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday to Thursday, with initial training on the first shift. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toed shoes. There may be a mild odor from the presses, which is not overwhelming. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
