**Job Title: 1st or 3rd Shift - Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team for 1st or 3rd shift, operating Monday through Friday. The role involves handling various aspects of the production process, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency. 1st shift (8am - 4:30pm) 3rd shift (11pm - 7:30am) **Responsibilities** + Oversee all aspects of the production process, including product selection, packaging, assembly, finishing, and shipping. + Follow a layout to accurately place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on predetermined substrates or mediums. + Prepare substrates for vinyl application, which may involve cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning. + Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, adapting techniques based on size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images. + Operate and maintain printers to ensure continuous production flow. + Conduct quality assurance checks pre- and post-production by reading and interpreting Work Orders and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards. + Perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces. + Monitor inventory levels and report stock that needs to be reordered. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas. + Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, assembly, and general production processes. + Proficiency in inspection and use of hand tools. + Capability in machine operation, loading, and using a tape measure. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 or more pounds. + Flexibility to lean over waist-high tables, applying back-and-forth hand motions for vinyl application. + Capability to work under pressure, producing high-volume, high-quality work. + Experience using light power equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join us for a rewarding work experience with competitive pay, paid vacation and holidays, annual bonus opportunities, and ongoing training.
