Job Description
As a Production Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating nesting equipment and collaborating with a team to meet production schedules and quality goals. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, troubleshooting issues, and preparing for full machine operator training.
ResponsibilitiesOperate nesting equipment in accordance with production schedules.Troubleshoot and solve problems independently or as part of a team.Collaborate with others to achieve daily production and quality targets.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Assist in building and assembling product components as needed.Prepare to transition into full machine operator training.Essential SkillsAbility to stand for up to 11.5 hours.Capability to lift up to 30 lbs periodically.Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical ability or experience using tools, hand assembly, or mic gauges is a plus.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Available shifts:
Monday to Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on A Shift Sunday to Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on B ShiftThursday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on C Shift Wednesday to Friday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on D ShiftAll have the possibility of additional overtime via a signup sheet. The facility is climate-controlled and all necessary PPE is provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
