Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the Bottling Department. This position offers steady work and a great opportunity for entry-level candidates to build skills and experience. You will be expected to clock in no more than five minutes before your shift and be at your workstation at the start of your shift.

ResponsibilitiesWork on the production line in the Bottling Department, ensuring the proper flow of bottles through various stages: Unscrambler, Orientor, Filler, Capper, Coder, Heat Tunnel, Labeler, and Cartoner.Rotate through three main positions during the shift: Top Position, Middle Position, and Packer.Perform visual inspections and documentation tasks, requiring attention to detail and proficiency in reading and writing English.Collaborate effectively within a team environment.Essential SkillsAttention to detail and ability to read and write English.Ability to stand for the entire shift.Teamwork and collaboration skills.Experience in production, general labor, packing, inspection, and production line operations.Understanding of GMP environment regulations.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
