**Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team in manufacturing rubber tubing for the automotive industry. As a Production Worker in the Finishing department, you will be positioned at the end of the production line, where you will modify rubber hoses for various customers. This high-volume assembly role involves tasks such as adding plastic caps or combining multiple hoses. **Responsibilities** + Perform assembly of rubber hoses according to customer specifications. + Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met. + Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. + Load and unload materials and products as needed. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a high-paced assembly environment. + Proficiency in quality inspection processes. + Ability to operate machinery and forklifts. + General production and assembly skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in machine operation and factory work. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. **Why Work Here?** We offer a great place to work with the added benefit of double time on Sundays, supporting a rewarding work-life balance. **Work Environment** Expect a very hot work environment during the summer due to heat treatment processes. Steel toes and long pants are required for safety.
