As a Line Operator, you’ll be part of a dynamic production team responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality blades ready for shipment. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to grow your skills, work with great people, and build a future with a company that’s expanding and investing in its team. **What You’ll Do** + Rotate through four key positions on the production line, keeping the process moving and efficient. + Load blades onto conveyor lines and monitor their journey through ovens and furnaces. + Use hand tools and grabbers to safely transfer blades between stations. + Cool blades in a quench and prepare them for painting and inspection. + Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets high standards. **What You Bring** + Experience in general labor, production, or manufacturing. + Familiarity with hand tools, machine operation, and assembly line work. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stay active throughout a 10-hour shift. + Willingness to work in a warm environment near furnaces. + A team-first attitude and a desire to learn—training is provided. **Why You’ll Love It Here** + Earn a $1.00 raise after the contract period. + Receive merchandise vouchers to help cover the cost of essential work gear. + Work in a clean, organized facility with a supportive team and structured onboarding. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
