Job Description
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesStrip and clean concrete forms and products.Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.Perform basic carpentry skills.Maintain facility and housekeeping standards.Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand tools and tape measures.Experience in general labor and production.Familiarity with construction and production processes.Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing or construction preferred.Knowledge of basic math and measurements.Ability to read and write simple instructions.Effective communication skills with team members.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.Comfortability in a dirtier work environment.Steel toe shoes required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is an indoor/outdoor facility without temperature-controlled environments. Candidates should be comfortable working in such settings. Shift times are Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with current shifts extending to 8-11 hours per day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
