Production Worker
**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for loading bricks onto pallets to be wrapped and placed into inventory. This role involves stacking bricks all day long onto pallets in a repetitive and physically demanding environment. You will be working on a conveyor line, taking 20lb bricks, grading, and inspecting them before placing them onto a pallet. The position requires rotating between working at the front and the back of the line. **Responsibilities** + Load bricks onto pallets for inventory storage. + Stack bricks continuously throughout the day. + Grade and inspect bricks on a conveyor line. + Rotate duties between the front and back of the production line. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience. + Strong physical capability to lift and stack bricks. + Integrity and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities. + Ability to work effectively in a loud and dusty environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience is a plus. + Mechanical aptitude and experience are beneficial. + Ability to perform packaging and loading/unloading trucks. **Why Work Here?** This is an excellent opportunity to work with a family-owned business that values community partnerships, including collaborations with Habitat for Humanity and humane societies. The portfolio includes bricks, retaining walls, paver patios, and concrete masonry units. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mica, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.83 - $20.83/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
