Our company is looking for a motivated and skilled production worker to join our team ! Join a dynamic insulation manufacturing company with opportunities to work across three key areas: Build/Package, Cutting, and Weld table. In the Build area, you'll ensure shipments contain the correct items by reading orders, verifying products, and completing documentation. In the Cutting area, you'll operate machinery to cut insulation to precise dimensions, utilizing your math skills and attention to detail. In the Weld area, you'll set up machines, perform fabric welding, and handle machine operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure shipments contain correct items and product quantities.Complete documentation and take pictures to verify accuracy of tasks.Operate cutting machines and apply memorization and math skills.Cut insulation to correct dimensions before advancing to weld tables.Set up machines, perform fabric welding, and manage machine start up and shut down.Skills:
Experience in production and machine operation.Ability to use a tape measure and perform mathematical calculations for dimensions.Familiarity with manufacturing processes.Attention to detail in assembly, packaging, and inspection.Why Work Here?

Work Environment:
