Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description

The role of the production worker involves operating as a floater to load materials onto the production line or stack materials as they come off the line. The worker will perform visual quality inspections, cut tiles to size, and stack or palletize finished tiles. Most tiles weigh about 2 pounds, but those with applications can be heavier. The worker must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently, with heavier items requiring team lifts.

Work Environment

This is a clean work environment that is not climate controlled, making it warm in the summer. Workers will handle fiberglass, which may be sensitive for some individuals. Personal protective equipment is provided to cover arms and neck to prevent irritation from fiberglass. Gloves, earplugs, and safety glasses are required. The work schedule includes shifts on the 2nd Shift from 2:50pm-12:50am Monday to Thursday, with Friday available for overtime, and 3rd Shift from 9pm-7am Monday to Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
