Job Title: Stackers

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our manufacturing team as Stackers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the manufacturing plant and operators across various product lines. Your responsibilities will include lifting heavy bags of flour and ingredients, loading them onto pallets, moving products along the production line, and making and packing boxes.

three shifts: 1st shift from 6:30am to 2:30pm,

2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:30pm, and

3rd shift from 10:30pm to 7am.

ResponsibilitiesLift heavy bags of flour and ingredients, up to 75 lbs.Load bags onto pallets efficiently.Move products along the production line.Make and pack boxes for distribution.Adhere to GMP/SOP environment requirements, including wearing hair nets and glasses.Essential SkillsExperience working in a GMP environment.Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy items.Strong work ethic and good attendance record.Ability to work quickly and efficiently.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years experience in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably in manufacturing.Familiarity with production, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a food manufacturing facility that complies with all CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate-controlled, making it cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Employees are required to wear work boots and adhere to CGMP policies, including wearing appropriate hair netting and refraining from wearing jewelry. Positions are available across three shifts: 1st shift from 6:30am to 2:30pm, 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:30pm, and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 7am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
