Job Description
The general production worker will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the facility by ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. This role requires reporting to your work area fit for duty as a forklift/powered industrial equipment operator. You will attend and successfully complete the Forklift Operator’s Course prior to operating any type of forklift on the property. Compliance with all Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Preventive Controls Rules, and Occupational Safety Rules is essential.
Essential SkillsForklift operation experience, preferably 0-5 years for Lift Truck Operator I, 5-9 years for Lift Truck Operator II, and 10+ years for Lift Truck Operator III.Shipping and receiving, loading/unloading trucks.Ability to report to the Shift Supervisor and maneuver bags of product between areas to ensure proper loading for shipments.High School diploma or GED required.Understanding of production and plant processes.Ability to follow written and oral instructions.Teamwork skills and ability to work in shifts, including late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift experience preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
