Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in assisting our Assembly Department. You will be involved in cutting metal signs, assembling and palletizing shipments, and ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize hand tools, drills, and nail guns effectively.Perform medium to heavy lifting as required.Operate hand power tools and equipment safely.Assemble and palletize shipments efficiently.Pull, pack, and load materials for shipment.Work independently and collaboratively with a team.Communicate effectively with team members.Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.Essential Skills1+ year of machine operator experience in manufacturing, specifically in CNC.Experience using a tape measure and power drill.Ability to lift between 20lbs to 40lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanically inclined with proficiency in hand tools.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Detail-oriented individual.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our warehouse environment features big signs and parts in various stages of development and shipment readiness. While the facility is not temperature controlled, it is clean and spacious, divided into manufacturing, shipping/receiving, assembly, and testing areas. You may work in any of these areas. The dress code is casual, requiring jeans, a t-shirt, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Lunch breaks are 30 minutes unpaid, with two paid 10-minute breaks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, Michigan.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
