We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing basic troubleshooting on mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime. You will verify correct materials, dimensions, and machining tolerances prior to and during production runs. Inspect finished doors to ensure they meet customer requirements and building code standards. Build and assemble doors, including adding hardware and other components. Maintain cleanliness and organization in manufacturing areas to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Complete daily logs and production paperwork accurately. Communicate any production or quality concerns to supervisors and follow all safety requirements to ensure a secure working environment.

Work Environment
Work in the world's largest custom cabinetry shop, owning 65% of the west coast market share. The facility is a large manufacturing setting with all stages of cabinet and door manufacturing, assembly, and shipping. Overhead cranes, forklifts, and trucks are consistently moving around the facility. Since it is a custom shop, there is a large amount of sawdust throughout the facility. The shift is Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with occasional overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, Washington.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
