**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Worker on either the 1st or 2nd shift. This entry-level position involves general labor tasks such as pulling product from the yard, replenishing production lines, and assembling custom wall and roof trusses. You will work both indoors and outdoors, requiring manual labor and comfort on your feet all day. The role involves lifting weights up to 75lbs and consistently handling 30-40lbs. **Responsibilities** + Pull product from the yard for the production process. + Replenish production lines with necessary materials. + Stand at the end of the saw to stack finished cuts. + Assist in moving products through the wall panel or truss production line. + Assemble custom wall trusses or roof or floor trusses using hand tools. + Read blueprints and use tape measures for accurate assembly. + Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met. + Repeat tasks for specific trusses or walls multiple times before switching. + Bend, stoop, squat, and reach at odd angles as needed. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of general labor or construction experience. + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. + Ability to lift up to 75lbs and consistently handle 30-40lbs. + Ability to work in a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous construction experience is strongly preferred. + Strong tape measure skills down to the 32nd are advantageous. + Experience with hand and power tools is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** This position offers ample opportunity for career advancement, with most workers earning significantly more after a year or two. Shifts are available on 1st (6AM - 2:30PM M-F) and 2nd (3:00PM - 1:30AM M-Th) with potential overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, Nebraska. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
